Patent Attorney opportunity within a booming practice. Preparation & prosecution of patents, opinions, portfolio management, due diligence, litigation support. High profile clients and sophisticated work with the opportunity to support patent attorneys on other legal issues.

Diverse array of hardware and software applications (industrial and consumer electronics, analog and digital circuits, chip architecture, wireless telecommunications, enterprise applications, network security, network protocols, databases, web services, operating systems, software user interfaces, open source, etc.). Client assignment and workload will be dependent upon your technical expertise (i.e., software vs. hardware, etc.).

Requirements: Minimum BS Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering or Computer Science. Prior engineering experience is a plus. Having passed the Patent Bar is absolutely required. Must have at least 1 year full time claim drafting experience.
