$19 to $25/hr full time, great benefits, Experienced Caregiver, Experienced Certified Nursing Assistants for LEAD CAREGIVERS

AGE IN PLACE SACRAMENTO is a chronic illness management caregiving at home service. We service all throughout Sacramento County, San Joaquin County and Placerville Country.

We specialize in the care of geriatric patients challenged with chronic illness and movement disorders.

We have a special department that helps older adults get home, stay home, stay out of the hospital so they can return to enjoying life on their own terms.

We are looking for patient care technicians or very experienced caregivers and certified nursing assistants to fill the position of CAREGIVING COORDINATORS. 75% of this position is working in the community in the client’s clean and beautiful homes and 25% of the position is office, administrative and customer service.

It is a full-time position with good pay and seven awesome benefits.
