Johnson Litho Graphics is in search of Machine Operators and also Trainees (with on the job training), eager to work in the fast paced industry of printing!

Necessary Qualifications:
-High School Diploma or GED
-Basic math and reading skills
-Able to lift a minimum of 30lb
-Stand for an extended period of time with occasional lifting/reaching
-Regular Attendance
-Willingness to work overtime as needed
-Ability to communicate effectively with team and to work independently

General Job Description:
- Follow instructions and job details per work orders
-Set up, adjust and operate a variety of press and bindery machines including cutters, folders, stitchers and polybaggers. Inspect equipment for safety issues
-Load stacks of product into machines and take the finish product off end of machine while it is running for packaging
-Monitor product and adjust as needed in order to ensure quality control
-Assemble and package numerous printed products into boxes, bins or skids
-Keep machine and work area clean

Hours: Full Time
1st Shift*
1st Shift: M-F 7:00am - 3:30pm If overtime is required M-F 5:00am-3:30pm and possible rotating Saturdays.

2nd shift M-F 3:00 pm to 11:00pm if overtime is required M-F 3 pm to 1:00 am.
