St. Philip Neri Catholic School, a Mother Theodore Catholic Academy in Indianapolis, seeks a passionate, hardworking, and dedicated educator for an elementary teacher position for the 2023-2024 school year. St. Philip Neri Teachers : •Work relentlessly with colleagues to close the achievement gap and put students on the path to College and Heaven •Model and invite others into the joy of the Gospel •Plan and deliver effective, high-quality, rigorous instruction that meets students needs and ensures student understanding •Create safe, positive, and joyful learning environments that strengthen the Catholic identity of the school •Build strong relationships with students and families •Use data to inform instruction •Benefit from support of leadership team staff, one-on-one professional coaching, professional formation workshops, and faith formation opportunities. Successful candidates should also: •Believe deeply that all students can and will learn •Exhibit the core values of seek, persist, excel, love, and serve •Demonstrate self-awareness and a hunger for growth •Have experience in an urban elementary school setting (preferred) •Hold a Bachelor's degree (required) •Have a valid Indiana teacher's license (in process of obtaining or seeking reciprocity) (required) Successful candidates join the Archdiocese of Indianapolis and the Mother Theodore Catholic Academy network of schools.
