This is a temp to perm position.

Must be hands on. The hours are to be determined. Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.

· Significant supervisory experience in a warehouse or machine centric environment a must.

· Need to show ability to lead and teach while maintaining strict timelines and the highest quality control of the product.

· Demonstrate the ability to be able to adapt to the push and pull of production needs of a fast moving and quickly growing startup.

· Has the ability to supervise complex projects and execute from start to finish.

· Humble and motivated

· Positive, with the ability to problem-solve and learn

· Team player, who is willing to wear multiple hats

· Comfortable with physical labor
