Trinity Elms in Clemmons is hiring for 3p-8p CNA positions!

• $5,000 SIGN ON BONUS for all benefitted positions!
• Full time & Part time positions available!
• Pay up to $15.00 per hour and up depending on experience, plus a $3 shift differential during the week.
• $4 shift differential for all weekend shifts.
• Position requires a set schedule with rotating weekend shifts.

“Nurse Tuition Program: available to any teammate who has been accepted into a community college nursing program. Tuition fully covered after other applicable grants or scholarships. Teammates must work for a senior facility a minimum of 22.5 hours per week. Teammates must apply to administrator at least 4 weeks prior to start of semester.”
