DESCRIPTION
PSCI is seeking an experienced Integration and Test Engineer who will be supporting detailed software design and hardware/software integration/verification for the missile test systems in support of testing the PAC-3/MSE Missile and subsystems. Applicant should be a proven problem solver who can multi-task in a complex interrelated environment.
PSCI is seeking an experienced Integration and Test Engineer who will be supporting detailed software design and hardware/software integration/verification for the missile test systems in support of testing the PAC-3/MSE Missile and subsystems. Applicant should be a proven problem solver who can multi-task in a complex interrelated environment.
Candidates should be skilled in test equipment design, interface test adapter (ITA) design, and interfacing with test equipment. Candidates must understand electronics testing methods. Requires knowledge of industry wide tests and test equipment. Candidate will develop flow charts, block diagrams, schematics, interface control documents. This role will support the writing of test description documents, operating instruction, test procedures, and installation procedures. This role will support Peer Reviews, Design
Assurance Reviews, Pre/Post Verification Readiness Reviews, etc.
The candidate is expected to work well in a teaming environment, with the ability to operate independently and self-sufficiently to resolve issues. This role will be required to work to the assigned tasks as laid out in the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) within constraints defined by the Test System Technical Lead.
The candidate will be required to work with cross functional teams - Test System Technical Lead, Systems Engineering (SE) SME, Unit Under Test (UUT) SME, Group Technical Staff (GTS), and Functional Design Assurance SME - to ensure the test system design is in-line with Enterprise standards and to ensure the test system meets requirements.
The candidate will occasionally be required to travel to LM production facilities, supplier’s facilities, and customer facilities.

MANDATORY:
- Ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance
- Ability to work onsite full-time at LM-MFC Grand Prairie, TX facility
- Only need at least two of the following requirements:
- Previous experience with designing and/or integrating Automated Test Equipment (ATE) using National Instruments Hardware
- Ability to analyze Test Requirements and Design Hardware and Software solutions to meet these requirements
- Troubleshooting Analog and Digital Electronics
- Experience operating conventional Test Equipment and instrumentation (Oscilloscopes, power supplies, DMM, signal Generators, spectrum analyzers, AC/DC power distribution systems)
- LabVIEW / TestStand Software development and configuration experience (2 years or more)
- Experience with writing Test Procedures, Operating Instructions, or Test Plans
- Supported Design Verification Test (DVT) activities
- Production or Manufacturing Floor Experience
DESIRED:
- Recent or Active DoD Secret Clearance
- Controlling / Integrating Test Instrumentation using LabVIEW (>5 years)
