Job Summary

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor for our portfolio of companies, including retail, real estate, landscape and general construction. Headquartered in Dade City, FL, minutes north of Wesley Chapel, FL.

Responsibilities

· Responsible for delegation and review of receiving, routing, approving, and entering accounts payable transactions in a timely manner.

· Review credit card transactions to enforce compliance.

· Manage vendor account issues and discrepancies.

· Ensure bills are paid within terms.

· Supervise weekly check run and make online payments as needed.

· Delegate tasks to other Accounts Payable Team Members for timely month end close out.

· Assist with other general office accounting tasks as needed.

Position Requirements

· 5+ years’ experience in accounting or related field

· Data entry accuracy and attention to detail

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word

· QuickBooks experience preferred

· Strong written and oral communication skills

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

· Strong organizational and time management skills

· Critical thinking and problem solving ability

· Willingness to establish and maintain effective working relationships

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
