ACERTUS is the only tech-enabled automotive logistics company to move, store, recondition, title & register finished vehicles. As a Key Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for building loads of vehicles by utilizing technology to assign carriers and drivers. This role is focused on our extensive network of carriers as well as growing existing customer relationships.
Schedule: Tuesday thru Saturday 10:00am - 6:30pm
** Schedule during Training: Monday - Friday: 8am-4:30pm
Hybrid Work Schedule after training is completed: 2 days in the office, 3 days remote
Pay: $18 - $20/hr. Based on Experience
What will you be doing?
- Communicate and problem solve with dispatch staff and other departments.
- Provide phone coverage and route calls to appropriate staff.
- Making calls to drivers on hot units and provide updates to customers.
- Working with our accounting department to ensure proper pricing.
- Analyzing reports to find discrepancies in paperwork.
- Talk with customers to confirm availability before orders are dispatched out.
- Utilizing transportation management system to dispatch vehicles to carriers.
- Building reports in Excel.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Strong customer service/client relationship management experience
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.

- High School Diploma or GED required
- Proficiency with MS Office programs (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
- Experience working in a call center environment, preferred.
- Experience with transportation software, a plus
