We're seeking an energetic and organized Account Manager/Inside Sales professional to assist customers throughout the sales process and ensure customer satisfaction after delivery.

As our Account Manager/Inside Sales representative, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while generating new and repeat business through phone and email communication
• Develop marketing strategies for specific target markets such as resort wear, summer camps, K-12 schools, and churches
• Understand client needs and offer solutions and support
• Provide exceptional customer service and serve as a liaison between the customer and creative team
• Communicate effectively with the internal team to ensure timely delivery and resolve any product issues
• Participate in weekly staff meetings and contribute to sales and marketing meetings to advance the sales cycle process

The successful candidate will be respectful of co-workers upstream and downstream and work diligently to make co-workers successful as well. Passion for the custom apparel industry and a genuine interest in The Graphic Cow's customer base are also important. The ability to connect with and build relationships with customers is critical, and the willingness to proactively seek and ask for business is an asset. Providing great customer service will require all of the above, plus an accommodating, team-oriented attitude.

Preferred qualifications for this position include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, excellent communication skills, self-direction, and proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and our internal software.

We offer a full-time schedule with a base pay range of $38,000.00 - $45,000.00 depending on experience, plus incentive compensation per year, plus benefits such as 401(k) matching, dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance.
