Obie is looking for an innovative, bright, motivated, and hard-working individual to join our team in Lakewood Ranch, FL. This individual will work with our large commercial team to educate customers and service accounts.
This role will operate on a hybrid schedule, and report to our office location in Lakewood Ranch, FL.
What You'll Do:
- Move fast to contact current clients within target time frames and develop relationships with customers to deliver a truly outstanding sales experience.
- Work closely with current customers to educate them on the benefits of our programs and products while ensuring all accounts are serviced appropriately.
- Work closely with referral sources and carrier contacts to successfully deliver for our customersCrush your monthly goals.
- Follow processes related to customer follow-up and data gathering
What You'll Bring:
- Active 2-20 Property & Casualty License or ability to obtain a license after hire
- 1+ years of insurance service or sales experience (large commercial experience preferred), but willing to train the right candidate
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Propensity and passion for delivering world-class customer service
