NCD/J. Polep Distribution Services is one of the leading distribution warehouses in the Northeast. We are located at 705 Meadow Street; Chicopee MA 01013 and we presently have an opportunity for an experienced representative in our Accounts Receivable department. This is a full-time In Office position. Office Hours 7:15 – 4:00 M-Thursday, 7:15 – 3:00 Friday.

The successful candidate should have previous experience in a collections or accounts receivable position, the ability to confidently convey their views with customers and peers, excellent 10 key skills, used to working in a busy, fast paced environment, and strong computer skills with MS Office & Excel. Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Posting transactions, electronic payment processing, corresponding with customers via email and phone to collect past-due payments, researching and resolving A/R issues, accurate reporting on NSF payments and filing. Training will be provided. The candidate must have the ability to multi-task, be detail oriented, organized, and results driven.
