Accounting Assistant
Marle Tangible is a contract manufacturer of 3D-Printed Titanium Orthopedic Implants. We are currently seeking a full-time Accounting Assistant/Bookkeeper to work in our Fairborn, Ohio manufacturing facility.
Our work week is 10 hours a day, Monday through Thursday with a 3-day weekend.
The job duties include:

The job duties include:
ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE
- Generate & distribute invoices in a timely manner
- Resolve invoice discrepancies, internally and with customer
- Process payments from customers
- Regular reporting of open items
- Collection on past due invoices
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
- Validate & enter vendor invoices in a timely manner
- Resolve invoice discrepancies, internally and with vendors
- Process payments to vendors
- Regular reporting of open items
GENERAL LEDGER
- Process regular monthly journal entries
- Prepare monthly reconciliations, financial statements & all supporting documents
- Maintain fixed asset ledger
PAYROLL & BENEFITS
- Payroll & timekeeping
- Monitor & track daily timekeeping
- Resolve discrepancies
- Process payroll accurately
- Manage PTO & holiday pay
APPLICANT QUALIFICATIONS SHOULD INCLUDE:
- Able to prioritize and complete work in a timely manner
- Effective organizational skills and attention to detail
- Able to exercise discretion when working with sensitive and confidential information
- Strong communication and social skills
- Knowledge of financial statement preparation
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
