The Opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is searching for an Accounting Manager to join our team at Lambeau Field and Titletown in Green Bay, Wisconsin. In this role, you will oversee a variety of accounting functions including performing financial reporting, account reconciliations, daily sales reporting, consolidating financial results, AR billing and performing AP invoice approvals. As Accounting Manager you will also work with the subsidiary leadership and Global Business Services (Corporate Accounting) team to continuously improve efficacy hand-offs or transitions of work.

Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Salary: $55400 - $73400 / year

Responsibilities

  • Manages the accounting function at the business unit, including creation, review, and approval of accounting reports.
  • Manages the business unit in the administration of internal controls and audits of policies and procedures to ensure compliance and high-quality delivery of all services.
  • Translates strategy into operational goals and objectives and then executes against those strategies and standards.
  • Assists the Controller with ad hoc analyses of the finances and prepares reports to facilitate decision making.
  • Collaborate with other teams, functions, and data owners across the company to align on process and data issues and to ensure any required changes to policies, procedures, and processes are implemented.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or Associate degree in business related curriculum with relevant prior accounting experience.
  • 3+ years of accounting experience, inventory control and auditing experience a plus.
  • Hospitality industry experience highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Expertise in driving continuous improvement and business process management.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office and PeopleSoft Financials or similar accounting software.
  • Ability to work occassional game days during NFL season.
