CDC has a full-time opportunity for an Accounts Payable Assistant at our Business Office. This position serves a critical role in the clinic. The Accounts Payable Assistant will help the Accounts Payable Manager with invoices, interpreter forms, monthly lab bills, reimbursements, backup payroll and any special projects that require assistance.


Accounts Payable Assistant
Key Responsibilities:

  • Review monthly lab bill and verify with Open Dental records
  • Serve as back-up in entering A/P invoices and other A/P requests
  • Serve as back-up in writing A/P checks
  • Serve as a back-up for processing payroll in ADP
  • Complete any special projects as requested by Management
  • Make deposits at the bank when needed
  • Run to other locations to get checks signed and mailed out when needed

**Additional or different duties may be assigned from time to time

Flexible Hours:

  • Monday through Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm


Accounts Payable Assistant
Qualifications:

  • Minimum two year degree in Accounting/Finance, Bookkeeping
  • Minimum two years of work experience in a dental practice
  • Knowledge of HIPAA policy
  • Understand and perform each essential duty satisfactorily
