We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk with a solid work ethic, excellent judgment, and a desire to build a long-term career with us. You should be highly organized and detail-oriented, with outstanding accounting and accounts payable abilities. It is also important that you are able to work effectively with minimal oversight, while also functioning well in a team environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK

• Execute full cycle Accounts Payable
• Assist with internal and external audits as needed
• Complete additional accounting tasks as needed
• Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
• Handle administrative tasks as needed
• Data entry for accounts linked to the business
• Report to Controller regarding the finances of establishment.
• Other duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Attention to detail
• General Accounting experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Corporate accounting / Accounts Payable experience
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with minimal direction
