Job description

Responsibilities for Accounts Payable

• Maintain precise records of all vendor payments
• Responsible for paying and keeping record of all invoices
• Review invoices for accuracy prior to payment
• Process Payments to vendors and suppliers in a timely manner
• Perform invoice and general-ledger data entry
• Assist in streamlining and improving the accounts payable process
• Exercise integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting

Qualifications for Accounts Payable

• Knowledge in accounting is preferred but not required.
• Functional knowledge of database and spreadsheet tools, such as QuickBooks and Excel
• Ability to work either independently or collaboratively as needed
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Distinctly self-motivated and cable of handling multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Detailed Oriented
• Dependable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
