The Accounts Payable Specialist ensures that bills and invoices are paid in a timely manner which maintains Rose Association reputation of integrity.
Essential Functions:
- Accurately input invoices daily.
- Accurately input pertinent information to create checks.
- Research unpaid and duplicate A/P invoices.
- Sort and batch invoices for entry.
- File paid invoices.
Position may be required to perform duties outside their normal responsibilities as needed and when requested.
Success factors:
- Ensures all invoice and bill payments are accurate and processed in a timely manner and in accordance with department standards.
Qualifications:
- Yardi and MRI experience strongly preferred
- 2 years of A/P experience
- 4 years of experience in administrative and clerical work
- Proficient in Excel and Word
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Knowledgeable of the real estate industry is preferred, but is not required

- Solves problems effectively and independently. Uses experience to recognize patterns in reoccurring problems and suggests new ways of addressing challenges.
- Manages time effectively to accomplish multiple priorities with the most important tasks being completed with accuracy.
- Communicates status of work processes to co-workers and vendors in a timely manner. Handles difficult issues with vendors with diplomacy and tact, ensuring that they feel they are a priority.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
