We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk for this exciting long term, full-time opportunity! Pay is $19 per hour, and will depend upon qualifications and experience. Interested? Accounts Receivable Clerk Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare invoices/paperwork for shipments and miscellaneous invoices
- Prepare customs paperwork for Canadian shipments
- Prepare reports for bi-weekly shipments
- Issue credits for product returned/warranty advertising
- Posting payments daily to the proper accounts
- Posting monthly interest to past due accounts
- Prepare and mail monthly statements
- Research customer account details, which includes non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
- Contact customers regarding status of account for collections and payments
- Sales Tax Reports
- Answer account receivable questions and requests from customers
- Other office duties as needed
Accounts Receivable Clerk Key Requirements:
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office & Excel
- Must be competent with computer programs that are needed to complete tasks
- Prioritize multiple tasks & work independently
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Experience in accounting & knowledge of accounts required #findajob
