Accounts Receivable Coordinator
You will ensure the highest standards of service are up kept when processing or reconciling transactions into the appropriate ledgers. Provide efficient and accurate invoices timely and aligned with establish procedures.

What you will be doing:

  • Take pride in preparing timely and organized invoices to all clients
  • Conducting professional and courteous calls in relation to inquiries, billings, disputes and collection
  • Contribute to daily accounting methods inclusive of month end and p&l preparation
  • Prepare, monitor and review bills, balances and accounts to be able to promptly address potential problems
  • Inspect all in-house accounts to ensure adherence to hotel's credit policy and assist with collection efforts when needed
  • Assist with any other tasks as assigned
  • Financial planning, reporting, and analysis

Your experience and skills include:

  • 2-3 years' experience in many areas of accounting related to billing, collection, credit cards, inquiries, check cashing, etc.
  • Previous office administration or accounting experience, required
  • Strong competency in using a variety of computer software
  • Ability to handle confidential information related to clients & guests
  • Degree in Business, Finance or a relevant field of work, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience, preferred
