JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for daily billing for all lines of business which includes Tankwagon and Transport deliveries as well as service and parts work. Additionally, this individual would assist in the collection of client payments and responsible for daily deposits.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Daily billing for our Tankwagon and Transport businesses
• Weekly billing for Service & Parts
• Producing and issuing daily margin report
• Daily review of the Accounts Receivable Ager
• Reconciling inventory
• Streamline and enhance procedures around the billing process
• Communication with Sales, Operations & Finance
• Able to identify inconsistencies within reporting and have the ability to fix either systematically or through team collaboration
• Work with IT to streamline systematic processes
• Run credit card payments and make daily deposits
• Develop relationships with our customers
