Basil Family Dealerships is looking for a Vehicle Acquisition Manager to join our family-like work environment! The primary goal of this position is to work closely with the Used Car Managers to obtain a viable used car inventory. Compensation: Between $40,000- $55,000 annually (based on experience and bonus)
Vehicle Acquisition Specialist Job Duties and qualifications:
- Follow leads by using top of the line software to contact customer via phone or email, setting up appointments to view the vehicle
- Drive the vehicle, evaluate condition in person and determine items that need reconditioning
- Make offer and purchase inventory from private seller
- Evaluate and identify opportunities for acquisitions through service appointment platform
- Track all activities and identifying trends that may lead to further success.
- Must be technology savvy and be proficient at using digital inventory tools to determine inventory opportunities.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Professional appearance with strong work ethic
- Must have a valid driver license.
