The Springs at Lake Pointe Woods is now hiring vivacious, energized, engaged, resident focused full-time Activities Assistant who is committed to providing the best life and care for our residents. The Activities Assistant will assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social, intellectual, emotional and spiritual programs, in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors. The Staff at the Springs at Lake Pointe Woods is inspired by our Mission Statement: "Quality Focused Care, One Resident at a Time". ACTIVITIES ASSISTANT QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior experience working in long term care facility preferred
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Florida preferred
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition & enthusiasm, as well as be willing to handle residents based on whatever maturity level at which they are currently functioning
