Activities Assistant -SL
Bethany at Silver Lake, is looking for a full time Activities Assistant to join our amazing staff!
Bethany of the Northwest’s Silver Lake facility is a 150 bed facility, located in south Everett, near picturesque Silver Lake.

The Activities Assistant participates in a wide variety of programs offered to our residents.
- Participates in the care plan meetings for residents on the unit to which you are assigned.
- Assists with transporting residents to all scheduled activities.
- Run the activities you are assigned to as well as making sure that all other scheduled activities are fully staffed.
- We are a FUN department and looking for an individual to bring their enthusiasm and positive energy to our department.
Requirements:
- Experience as an Activities Assistant in a long term care setting.
- Must be reliable and have strong people skills.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
- Must function independently and have flexibility, personal integrity and the ability to work effectively with residents, volunteers, personnel and support agencies.
- Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as be willing to incorporate them into existing practices.
