Lake Park Residential Care (Lake Park), a residential care and assisted living facility, provides high-quality, long-term care for homeless and low-income adults coping with complex and severe mental health issues. Our highly-trained and compassionate mental health professionals offer Lake Park residents structured and sustained support. Lake Park Residential Care is a member of the Regional Care Group.
Position Purpose:
Provides a variety of scheduled activities for clients and closely monitors events to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Supervises activities staff, ensuring that schedules group activities are being held.
- Administrative supervision (hire, evaluate, discipline, terminate, employee relations)
- Assist with training and orientation of staff when requested
- Scheduling, time sheets, payroll activities
- Motivate, inspire, facilitate staff to meet program and organizational goals
- Provide required services witin established budget
Requirements
HS Diploma
Activities Director Course (36 hour)
4 years experience in field including 1 year supervisory experience
