Your responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

Your responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:
- Reporting to Head, Population Health Customer Solutions Co-Development team within HEOR-Population Health
- Collaborate with external customer organizations (Health Systems, Payers, etc.) to shape and execute Quality Improvement, Implementation Science, or other research projects to understand and advance patient care at scale
- Work closely with RWE team to use RWD to identify patient care gaps, data/analytic requirement and collaborate with external parties to develop and deploy solutions
- Define, articulate, operationalize and measure projects’ impact on patient care
- Ensure scalability of solutions being developed as part of projects to enable patient care improvement at scale

- An advanced degree (masters or doctorate) in health economics, statistics, epidemiology, health policy or related field is required.
- PhD, MD or PharmD with strong focus in Health Economics, Public Health, Epidemiology or related field preferred.
- > 3 years’ experience in the pharma or healthcare sector, preferably in health economics, market access or related functions/fields is required.
- Substantial experience in shaping HEOR and RWE strategy and hands-on execution supporting inline and pipeline products/ disease states is required.
- Experience engaging or partnering with external organizations (e.g., SOCs, payers, universities, value assessors, regulatory agencies, etc.) is required.
- Expert knowledge of Health Economics, Outcomes Research, and Real World Evidence including study/ program design, methodologies, modeling, data sources and analyses is required.
- Deep knowledge of US healthcare financing and delivery system (including Population Health Management), US payer environment, evolving trends and competitive landscape is required.
