Raymond Building Supply, a Division of USLBM, is seeking an Admin Assistant to join our Install department at our North Port, FL location!
Wage: $15-17 hourly (paid weekly)

Administrative Assistant Essential Duties:
Work Hours are Monday through Friday 7 AM to 3:30 PM,
- Creating and approving purchase orders
- Set up jobs and contracts
- Create purchase orders
- Process installer invoices
- Review discrepancy on acknowledgments and/or invoices
- Process customer payment
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- 1+ years of Customer service and/or administrative experience preferred
- Able to handle multiple tasks, including answering phones, filing, data entry and secretarial tasks
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
- Qualities: self-motivated and reliable
- Fluent in English and Spanish
