Shepherd Communication & Security is seeking an experienced and driven Office Administrator interested in joining our team of smart, innovative, and entrepreneurial professionals dedicated to the safety and protection of our customer's most important assets. Position Overview

Reporting to our President, we are looking for our next high-achieving team member with a passion for their team and our customers. You will be responsible for a number of administrative duties that are critical to the team’s success.

Responsibilities

  • Be the liaison between Shepherd and the customer on incoming calls
  • Review service documentation submitted by the technicians for accuracy and reporting purposes
  • Assist with collection of data for weekly payroll
  • Provide basic human resources assistance with the help of the President
  • Be responsible and own collections on all past due customer invoices
  • Assist with service call setup and deployment
  • Upload all inspections to compliance engine
  • Bonus points for IT support skills and customer tech support capabilities

Qualifications/Experience

  • An analytical mind with strong attention to detail
  • Previous collections experience
  • Experience compiling and being responsible for extensive reporting
  • Willingness to learn and a passion for technology
  • Outstanding organizational, logistics, and problem-solving skills
  • Previous payroll experience a plus
  • Must be willing to work in office
