Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant will oversee and assist in basic organization for the agency, including digital, physical, and events. Common duties are listed below. The Administrative Assistant will communicate with other staff members of needs and tasks.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Assist in scheduling meetings (including providing Zoom links).
· Organize in office physical files and digital files using Google Suite.
· Keep digital and physical staff calendars, website calendar, etc. up to date.
· Ensure space agreements are in place for events and intern meetings.
· Create the agenda, attend, take minutes, and follow up with any items for Board of Director meetings.
· Complete any printing, mailing, etc. for the organization.
· Assess the website and send any website edits, additions, removals to the website developer.
· Track participants from each program monthly.
· Assist with event planning.
· Sponsorship recruiting for various program events/activities.
· Tracking and organizing financial documents and receipts.
· Assist with the creation of flyers/materials for marketing events, webinars, activities.
· Sending mass communications through MailChimp.
· Collect photos/videos from events and ensure they are added to the appropriate Drive.
· Onboarding/orientation of new employees and interns.
· Assist in outreach and follow-up for event sponsorship, partner organizations, schools, etc.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
· If needed, assist in interviewing prospective social work interns.
· Help to assign tasks to interns and assist with familiarizing and completing the tasks as needed.
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent time management, with the ability to work on a team as well as individually.
· Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
· Ability to work with technology and different programs.
Education and Experience:
· High school diploma or equivalent. *preferred
· At least two years of related experience. *preferred
Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

- Henderson, NV 89014: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
