Administrative Assistant

Provides support to executives, managers, and other professionals in the organization. Responsible for managing administrative tasks and providing support to ensure smooth functioning of the company.


Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate person or department.
  • Manage and respond to emails, letters, and other correspondence.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings, and keep track of calendars for executives and managers.
  • Organize and maintain files and documents.
  • Conduct research on various topics, including market trends, competitors, and industry news.
  • Make travel arrangements for executives and managers, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
  • Handle expense reports, reimbursements, and other financial tasks.
  • Provide general administrative support, such as ordering supplies, greeting visitors, and handling other tasks as needed.
  • Operation and maintenance of office equipment.
  • Collaborate with other departments, or individuals, to ensure tasks are completed on time and according to company standards.

Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure documents, reports and other materials are error-free.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Ability to build positive relationships and maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, handle unexpected situations, and work well under pressure.
  • Valid driver’s license with good driving record required.
