Position Summary/Position

The Administrative Assistant I – Health Services will support the work of Health Services Leadership as it pertains to developing and executing programs and initiatives to serve the health plan. Major Functions (Duties and Responsibilities)

1. Administrative duties pertaining to scheduling: coordinating participants, spaces, catering, audiovisual systems, and materials for internal and external meetings
2. Arranging travel and reimbursement/documentation of related expenses
3. Managing – under the guidance of the Senior Medical Director, Family and Community Health – clinical time obligations and expenses for related licenses, subscriptions, and educational/clinical society memberships
4. Arranging and coordinating new Team Member interviews as needed
5. Formatting and sharing reports and presentations developed by the Medical Director, Family and Community Health
6. Maintaining regular and strong communication with IEHP Team Members
7. Demonstrating professional courtesy and respect Supervisory Responsibilities Leading: Self Experience Qualifications

One (1) year of relevant experience. Demonstrate superior interpersonal and administrative skills commensurate with years of experience. Education Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required. Professional Licenses Drivers License Required No Skills Requirement

The Administrative Assistant I will have proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access and Adobe Acrobat. The position requires a minimum word processing speed of 55 words per minute (as tested by IEHP). The position will require strong communication skills. Abilities Requirement

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships both within and outside of the organization. Creativity and the ability to problem-solve are also required. The Administrative Assistant I will be highly reliable, honest, flexible, quick to adapt, extremely organized, and will possess sharp attention to detail. Position is eligible for Hybrid work location upon completing the necessary steps and receiving HR approval. All IEHP positions approved for telecommute or hybrid work locations may periodically be required to report to IEHP’s main campus for mandatory in-person meetings or for other business needs as determined by IEHP leadership. A reasonable salary expectation is between $45,884.80 and $55,993.60, based upon experience and internal equity.
