We are currently seeking an Administrative Sales Assistant to join our Tower Team in Holtsville, NY. The Sales Assistant will work closely with the Vice President of Sales and assist with keeping the sales team on track.

Office hours are Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm. THIS POSITION IS NOT REMOTE.

Duties Include but are not limited to:

  • Maintain daily Sales report in excel and share with Sales team
  • Track, report and monitor monthly Target and Key accounts.
  • Respond to DFARS and CMRT requests.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction surveys and scorecards.
  • Assist Sales VP with creating presentations for meetings.
  • Gather and prepare documentations and materials for VP.
  • Provide general clerical support including filing and scanning.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Windows and Email
  • Able to prioritize and multi-task
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong and accurate data entry skills
  • Must be a team player both in the department and within the Company
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills a must
  • Ability to work independently
