Position Highlights
POSITION IN LOCATED IN THE CITY OF MARICOPA. This position is a supportive role to the Business Office and organizational management of the Maricopa Agricultural Center. Incumbent will maintain and manage unit calendar for stakeholder events, meeting rooms, faculty events, and guest services- including dorms; will be the first contact point for the unit to direct inquiries and/or visitors to the proper staff or area of the facility; will manage and maintain the common area of the lobby; will assist the business office with daily transactions and processes, including reconciling, data management, document processing, communications etc.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Position will be responsible for receiving all incoming traffic and directing the persons to the proper staff member or area of the facility. This also includes all shipping and receiving of packages. Position will also be responsible for the maintenance, including cleanliness, of the unit's common lobby area, copier room, and coffee station.
  • Will manage unit calendars. This includes reservations of meeting rooms and dorms, scheduling for events of external customers, prep and schedules for faculty events, including communications.
  • Will manage dorm reservations, contracts, collected data, linen services, and fees.
  • Will manage burn log-call in for unit.
  • Will support Business Office thru data management and input, document processing, policy compliance, reconciliations, management of incoming and outgoing mail, ordering supplies, making deposits, and other general business tasks.


Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent learning attained through experience required.
