• ATS is growing our Administrative Support team! This is not a remote or work from home position. This role works in the St. Cloud, Minnesota office. Internally, this career is known as a Log Auditor to review compliance of electronic records. This position provides customer service and training to drivers on Hours of Service requirements.

“Simply put, what would I be doing?”
You’d be building relationships with our team of truck drivers, reviewing Department of Transportation regulations and comparing that information to ensure driver compliance on logs, hours of service, and other safety regulations.

“What does it take to be successful?”

• High School diploma or two year college degree
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) required
• Excellent communication skills (written, listening and verbal)
• Must be analytical with the ability to apply data
• Provides excellent customer service to drivers and internal partners on compliance-related items
• Identifies and troubleshoots driver issues related to android based tablets and hours of service
• Implements corrective and/or disciplinary action as needed
• Conducts log counseling and answers questions related to compliance issues
