Advertising Supervision Opportunity in Financial Services
Advertising Associate Analyst
Location: ALL Locations /Remote
Type: Full-time
Summary:
Associate Analysts are primarily responsible for providing administrative and customer service support to our financial professionals regarding inquires and submissions directed to the Advertising Department through incoming phone calls and emails. Analysts also provide administrative support within the team through the completion of various tasks, including but not limited to assisting with regulatory requests, setting up new social media users, preparation of various reports, and other tasks/projects as assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively handle inquiries from financial professionals and home office staff via phone and email.
- Administration of the social media set up for new and existing advisors.
- Proven ability to work both independently and with a team.
- Analytical and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to build and maintain outstanding relationships with financial advisors and the Advertising Supervision Team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to various changing working conditions based on new initiatives and job responsibilities.
- All other duties as assigned.
Education Requirements:
- Associate degree from an accredited college is preferred. Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Basic Requirements:
- Ability to effectively handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment to meet defined deadlines.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a time-sensitive environment and on occasion the ability to work extended hours, as needed.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to independently find solutions to assist analysts, advisors, and internal business partners.
- Critical thinking and heighten prioritization skills a must.
- Comfortable working with various levels of management.
- Commitment to providing a stellar client experience.
- Proven experience using Word and Excel as well as an aptitude to use new software as required.
- The ability to read and interpret documents including firm policy and procedures and regulatory documents.
Preferred Requirements:
- One-year experience in the financial services industry preferred.
- One-year experience in a customer service role preferred.
- FINRA SIE or Series 6/7 preferred.
- Basic understanding of FINRA and SEC rules regarding communications with the public preferred.
