AEROSPACE & DEFENSE PROGRAM MANAGER
Heizer Aerospace www.heizeraerospace.com is a family owned Aerospace Manufacturing Company located South of St. Louis County in Pevely, Missouri. Heizer is a manufacturer of structural components in the Aircraft Industry for over 55+ years in the industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must be a highly motivated, self-starter focused on providing project management and leadership in a fast-paced machining environment.
- Coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of assigned programs.
- Works directly with General Manager, and Co-Presidents.
- Assists in the preparation of proposals, plans, specifications, and financial conditions of contracts.
- Works collaboratively with all employees throughout the organization.
- Serves as customer point of contact and is responsible for maximizing results in terms of on-time delivery, quality, and cost.
- Maintains accurate program schedules for assigned programs.
- Tracks and reports project status/ performance / internal reporting and program reviews.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Four-year University Degree or equivalent with experience in Aerospace Industry.
- PMP or similar certification a plus.
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication, and Negotiation skills.
- Must be a US Citizen.
Hours:
- Monday -Thursday.
- 10 hour days.
