North Florida Plastic Surgery and Aesthetics Center in Gainesville, FL is looking to hire a part-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician's Assistant to spearhead a Wellness program within our aesthetics clinic and also, assist Dr. John W. Tyrone with cosmetic consults and follow-ups.

Spearheading a Wellness Center

Dr. John W. Tyrone is the leading Plastic Surgeon in Gainesville FL with a full service aesthetics and hair restoration clinic. We are currently looking for the right person to spearhead a Wellness program within our aesthetics center. This is a great opportunity for someone that can work independently but also wants to be part of a team. The wellness program will have an emphasis and specialize in anti-aging medicine. The focus would be on hormone replacement therapy, medical weight loss, and anti-aging therapies. We like to be on the cutting edge of new advances in anti-aging and regenerative medicine. Our goal with this Wellness program will be to service our patients and the Gainesville area with the latest and proven modalities to empower patients to reach peak performance and achieve a better quality of life.

A Day in the Life of a ARNP/PA-C

As the mid-level provider, you play an exceptional role in delivering direct patient care. Your primary modalities are Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), Medical Weight Loss, and Anti-aging services. You create and review treatment plans with patients, writing prescriptions as necessary and utilizing our EMR to log all chart notes under the supervision of a physician.

Typical appointment types include, but are not limited to: hormone therapy initial and follow up lab reviews, procedures, medical weight loss lab reviews, PRP/stem cell procedures IV therapy Coolsculpting treatments, physical examinations.

You maintain professionalism with all patients, vendors, and colleagues as well as comply with all relevant HIPAA laws. Always friendly and professional, you are a great addition to our team, and enjoy using your excellent patient care skills to do important work that you find satisfying!

Qualifications for a Mid-Level Provider

• Current Florida state licensure as an Advanced Registered Nurse Pracitcioner (ARNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) required
• Experience with Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) is preferred
• Experience with Medical Weight loss preferred
• Experience with Anti-aging PRP Therapy preferred
• Experience with injectables (Neuromodulators and fillers) preferred
• Proficiency in assessing patients
• Experience with clinic and surgical patients preferred
• Sales experience - Must be comfortable selling (products, treatments…)
• Business minded a must
• Interest and or knowledge of the Anti-aging field

Work Schedule for a ARNP/PA-C

This part-time position starts at 30 hours per week (three 10 hour shifts) leading to full-time. The hours are 8:30am to 7:00 pm.
