CACC Montessori School is actively seeking caring and responsible adults to work with our infants and toddlers (ages 3 months-3 years) and our older children (ages 3 years - 6 years). Multiple substitute teacher and after-school teacher positions are to be filled. Prior work experience with young children is required. TECE certificate or equivalent preferred. This is a permanent position for the entire school year.

Duties include working directly with children to meet their physical, language, and learning needs, caring for children through activities such as serving meals, changing diapers, and supervising children so that they are safe and well-cared for at all times. Lead teachers work with a team of assistant teachers and are responsible for planning and implementing the curriculum, observing and assessing children, classroom management, and parent communication.

Hours are variable depending on the position. Part-time options are available. Salary is based on experience and education. We offer health benefits, dental benefits, 403B retirement plans, sick leave, and tuition benefits for full-time employees.
