We are seeking motivated and engaging after-school teachers for our after-school program at Key Roles;
- Implement a program curriculum geared toward the needs of children
- Create a safe, caring, and engaging environment and be actively involved with children.
- Maintain open communication and positive relationship with parents and school staff
- Serve as a role model to the children in the group through appearance and actions
- Maintain professional competence through ongoing training and education sessions
Requirements
- Must be 18+ years old and possess a high school diploma or higher
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and fingerprinting
- First Aid / CPR certification or willingness to become certified
- Be available to work 2:30 pm to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday
- 6 months of experience within child care (preferred)
- Ability to motivate and engage children and manage behavioral challenges
- Good judgment and sound decision making
- Ability to lift and move supplies to the after-school sites

- Euless, TX 76040: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Childcare: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- First Aid Certification (Preferred)
- CPR Certification (Preferred)
