About the Role:
The Office of the Chief Information and Digital Officer (Office of CIDO or OCIDO) is focused on the Culture, Operations and Strategy of IT. The Belonging, Interactions & Growth (BIG) team within OCIDO is focused on our people and ensuring the structures and incentives we put in place foster and reinforce a feeling of belonging within the organization. As Agile Project Lead for Global IT at Boston Scientific, you will manage, lead, and execute on various global strategies and plans related to the BIG vision.
Your responsibilities include:
- Manage and lead multiple workstreams that increase the feeling of belonging of the team members within our organization (e.g., onboarding, recognition programs, onsite events)
- Advance the application of change management practices within our IT teams to better support our team members, users, and stakeholders
- Advance the structured learning opportunities for IT roles
- Facilitate various learning forums and Communities of Practice
- Create and manage metrics, analyze the data, and visualize the data into insights for us to make decisions on how to continue to advance the BIG space
What we’re looking for:
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree + minimum 5 years’ experience with proven ability to lead small and mid-sized projects
- Ability to understand and keep in mind the big picture outcomes while driving detailed tasks to completion
- Experience in leading small and mid-sized change initiatives across an organization
- Strong collaboration skills with hybrid teams (i.e., mix of in-person and remote)
- Demonstrated ability to thrive while working across time zones, cultures, and different personal backgrounds and an advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion
Preferred Qualifications
- Change management certification
- Ability to tell a compelling story and create professional visualizations/graphics to go with the story
