We're seeking a multi-tasking, avid traveler for our busy Air department.
Responsibilities:
Air Agents are responsible for all guest bookings and answering questions regarding Custom Air, Business Class, Premium Economy and seat assignments. Our agents also review and quality check all air itineraries prior to departure while resolving rerouting and other day to day issues. Additional tasks include issuing tickets, pricing supplements, running air reports, and entering flight itineraries.
