Title: All-Source Analyst

Location: Springfield, VA

Clearance Level: TS/SCI (CI Poly preferred)

McIntire Solutions is seeking an All-Source Analyst to analyze data and information from one or multiple sources to conduct preparation of the environment, respond to requests for information, and submit intelligence collection and production requirements in support of planning and operations for Computer Network Exploitation (CNE). The analyst will support a mission-critical enterprise-wide risk cybersecurity intelligence program.

Responsibilities

• Perform file signature analysis and real-time forensic analysis (e.g., using Helix in conjunction with LiveView)
• Maintain a common intelligence picture and assist in the identification of intelligence collection shortfalls
• Assist in the coordination, validation, and management of all-source collection requirements, plans, and/or activities
• Use multiple analytic tools, databases, and techniques (e.g., Analyst's Notebook, A-Space, Anchory, M3, divergent/convergent thinking, link charts, matrices, etc.)
• Utilize multiple search engines (e.g., Google, Yahoo, LexisNexis, DataStar) and tools in conducting open-source searches including for hostile content directed towards organizational or partner interests
• Evaluate threat decision-making processes and threat vulnerabilities including Blue Force vulnerabilities
• Provide feedback to improve processes, products, and services
• Use virtual collaborative workspaces and/or tools (e.g., IWS, VTCs, chat rooms, SharePoint)
• Write, review and edit cyber-related Intelligence/assessment products from multiple sources
• Analyze and assess internal and external partner cyber operations capabilities and tools
• Monitor and report changes in threat dispositions, activities, tactics, capabilities, objectives, etc. as related to designated cyber operations warning problem sets

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or an Engineering field
• Required Certifications: Must maintain a DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 certification
