JAKKS Pacific, Inc., a leading designer and marketer of toys and consumer products, with a wide range of products that feature some of the most popular brands and children's toy licenses in the world, currently seeks an experienced, energetic, self-starter for the role of Allocations Planning Analyst for our distribution center in Walnut, CA. The ideal candidate is responsible for managing inventory levels between sales forecasts, procurement, and distribution centers to support the Operations team in fulfilling JAKKS revenue goals.

Responsibilities include:

• Effectively communicate with Customer Service, Planning, Logistics and Sales to deliver optimal inventory to customers
• Evaluate and analyze inventory levels to identify substitutions
• Manage rework orders
• Understand the product assortment as it relates to customer needs and sales trends and suggested inventory levels
• Analyze reports to identify stock consolidations, transfers and balance allocation levels
• Efficiently balance own workload among daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly tasks in conjunction with ad-hoc requests

Skills & Experience required:

• 2+ years of experience in retail, allocation, supply chain and/or inventory management
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office, with a high proficiency in Excel
• Detailed oriented and a high accuracy in reporting
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to understand priorities and pivot as needed
• BA or BS preferred

• Compensation: JAKKS Pacific offers a competitive salary. Compensation for this role commensurate with experience, qualifications, location, and education and typically ranges from $65,000-$75,000.
