The Data Solutions division is the commercial data business of Moody’s Analytics, bringing together a vast catalogue of data to help business decision-makers assess risks and opportunities. Role/Responsibilities
- Maintain and add updated documents to our AML/KYC documents database via our internal software.
- Via primary internet research you will download, research, prioritise and process all documents relating to AML, KYC and corporate governance for a specified list of companies.
- Improve existing processes and procedures to enhance the speed and accuracy of our database.
- Help to create and update documentation, such as internal procedures, document collection methods, and definitions, and to ensure standardisation of data.
- Maintain quality standards by contributing to peer – to – peer checking procedures.
The role is based in Salford Quays, UK with the option to work from home once full training has been completed.
Qualifications
- Good organization, attention to detail, problem solving and verbal and written communications skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (word, outlook, excel etc)
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities
- Fluency in English is essential
