JOB FAMILY SUMMARY PURPOSE
Under the general direction of the Manager of Asset Management and Scheduling, coordinates all activities related to the job planning, job package preparation and scheduling of short and long-term maintenance activities. Administers and utilizes CMMS system for tracking assets, generating PM’s, and optimizing efficient use of resources.
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience with fleet vehicle maintenance programs or other maintenance support service settings and experience with asset management programs. Excellent communication skills (both in person and in writing), and exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. Understanding of the financial aspects of asset management, such as budgeting and cost controls. Be able to develop strategies that align with the company’s goals, be self-motivated, and able to work independently without supervision to meet targeted goals under pressure. Be able to coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams (e.g. technical personnel, professionals) to ensure compliance with maintenance schedules, industry best practices, and company policies.
EDUCATION
Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics or related field; or an equivalent combination of training and related experience

- Familiar with SQL queries.
- Must be very comfortable learning and working with multiple software packages and be able to effectively support and train users.
- Knowledge in use of personal computer and Microsoft Office suite.
- Have basic accounting knowledge.
- Ability to maintain a strong sense of propriety concerning confidential matters.
- Ability to be discrete in the handling of sensitive data.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Analyze fleet data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain fleet performance metrics and reporting tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-saving opportunities.
- Develop and implement fleet optimization strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor vehicle utilization and recommend changes to improve utilization rates.
- Analyze fleet maintenance data to identify opportunities to improve vehicle reliability and reduce downtime.
- Develop and maintain a schedule for the maintenance and repair of all company vehicles.
- Work with Fleet personnel to prioritize and schedule repairs based on the urgency and importance of each repair.
- Develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and improve vehicle performance.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure vehicle availability for scheduled maintenance and repairs.
- Prepares short and long-range planning job packages, utilizing the CMMS system.
- Ensures all work order documentation and equipment histories are accurately maintained and are current, utilizing departmental software packages.
- Prepares maintenance related technical reports, utilizing departmental software packages.
- Valid driver’s license and be in compliance with the Company’s Driving Program policy.
- Responsible for ensuring the enforcement of and compliance with all applicable Company policies, procedures and code of ethics as well as all applicable governmental laws and regulations to include employment, safety and environmental standards and regulations.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
- The incumbents in this classification are subject to both inside and outside environmental conditions and temperature changes of extreme cold weather (below 32 degrees for periods of more than one hour) and extreme hot weather (temperatures above 100 degrees for periods of more than one hour); and are exposed to loud noises, vibration, hazards, atmospheric conditions and oils.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
