Main Function: primary objective is to guide Financial Education solutions by determining the requirements of a product design process and communicating them clearly to stakeholders, facilitators, and partners. In this role, you will gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements, help define scope, and align client objectives to the features/functions of the product roadmap.
Responsibilities:
You will work closely with all stakeholders to identify UX and technical resources and system interactions that will serve as input to the Financial Education Roadmap. Your role will also assist in identifying process improvements and participating in solutions testing to contribute to the overall quality delivery of our solutions to the end users
Drive the promotion and distribution of financial education assets through awareness creation, implementation and among our client-facing staff.
Support the Regional Social Impact Leads and business functions in their efforts to embed financial education assets in business and partnerships development. This includes but not limited to presentations in client meetings, contributing to RFP responses, purpose library and other client engagements
Work with SI leads and partners to continually evaluate Financial Education assets, capabilities, and delivery channels to provide guidance to product roadmap and strategy
KPIs for which the position will be measured (Financial, clients, processes, deliverables, projects)

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Basic Qualifications:
- 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in product and or program management
- Understanding of Lean and Six Sigma, and a keen interest in and familiarity with Scrum and agile methodologies, in addition to an exceptional level of dedication, motivation, and intelligence.
- Identifying potential issues and risks for overall project timing and quality
- Project management experience will help the FinEd team keep projects on track and within budget
- Ability to collaborate with the internal digital team to gather business requirements and translate them into effective, user-centered interactive approaches
- Understand, document, and collaboratively reimagine FinEd product and business processes
- Document all functional/non-functional business requirements that impact product integrations, dependencies, configuration, and development efforts.
- Deeply understand Client objectives, and work cooperatively with architects to align to the technical features/functions of the Financial Education product portfolio
- Own and continually manage the product backlog.
- Experience in reviewing basic technical solution design and evaluation to ensure it meets business requirements and long-term product goals.
- Reputation for being a collaborative thought and business partner, skilled at establishing formal and informal networks within the company and Financial Education implementation partners
- Strong coordination skills with demonstrated ability to facilitate large scale planning, development and user acceptance testing efforts
- Superior verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with multiple audiences and markets.

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 100,200.00 to 127,800.00 USD, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
