Haptik’s Hybrid Work Model:
Haptik operates in a hybrid work-model where our employees will have the flexibility to Work-from-Home (WFH) for up to 3 out of 5 working days every week. We currently have offices in Mumbai, Bangalore and Delhi. In March 2023, we will be opening one in Pune as well.

What does a typical day look like for a Senior Analyst ?
You will have the exciting opportunity to work closely with a variety of clients from top corporations, to hyper-growth startups, to top eCommerce & Internet companies in India.You will be Analyzing data and generating critical business driven insights and suggest changes in the existing client bots that would help us achieve the business goals and ensure customer delight.Each client has unique needs and you act as a trusted business advisor,who in future will help them with adoption, retention and driving impact to ensure they achieve their business goals through our platform.
What responsibilities will you be trusted with for the Senior Analyst Role:
Data-driven - Using the data being generated on the bot,the Senior Analyst is expected to generate insights which lead to better performance of the bot ,eventually leading us to the end goal of improving the automation of the bot ,reduce funnel drop offs and improve CSAT of end users
Analytical bent of mind- Ease of working with Data via MS Excel, Internal Softwares & Desktop application skills with the ability to learn & adapt to new technologies
Ensure the success of our customers - maintaining strong relationships with clients, enabling them to understand our platform and assisting them with insights for business growth
Team spirit- Adept at working with cross-functional teams, internal and external, driving them towards a common goal
Growth focused - Helping to drive continuous improvement & innovation in bot management and related business processes
Business acumen - Be responsible for opportunities creation & increase the revenue per client
What skills,expertise and experience are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree
1.5 - 3 years of experience in support or analytical functions related to information services or a product based company
Proficient in using MS-Excel for Data Analysis
Ability to derive insights from data and build an actionable strategy based on analysis
Prior experience in Customer Success and Account Management is a bonus!
Ease with data & tools and ALWAYS keen to learn!
