A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ANIMAL CARE ATTENDANT

As an Animal Care Attendant, you start each day by ensuring that all of the animals in your care are well-fed and hydrated. Attentive to detail and compassionate in your approach, you play a critical role in maintaining the health and well-being of our patients. Throughout the day, you interact with a wide range of animals, each with their own unique personality and needs. You spend time cleaning and sanitizing their enclosures to create a safe and comfortable environment.

As you gain experience, you have the opportunity to administer medication and provide hands-on care under the guidance of our experienced veterinarians. Not only do you get first-hand professional experience, but you also play a critical role in providing loving, responsible care to animals and making a positive impact in their lives!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ANIMAL CARE ATTENDANT

WORK SCHEDULE
