Apartment Maintenance needed NOW in Midtown Little Rock, AR
Job description
Currently seeking Maintenance Staff to join our team. We have a 200 unit property located in the Midtown area of Little Rock, Arkansas. Must have carpentry experiences and/or plumbing experience.
Maintenance functions include the following areas: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, pool maintenance & cleaning, repairs to appliances, carpet, roofing, fencing and other general repairs, and working on heating/cooling systems (in compliance with EPA). Maintenance is responsible for completing tasks that ensure the property meets all safety standards, site appearance standards and that all apartments, buildings, equipment, and amenities are maintained in good working order. Even though you do not have to have all areas covered, you must have experience and working knowledge.
Salary/pay is determined by level of knowledge and tenure.
The owner has had this property for 20+ years.
A minimum of three years prior maintenance experience working in the apartment industry or similar industry is required.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
