Elon Property Management is a dynamic leader in the multi-family housing industry, we offer full-service property management to a billion-dollar portfolio consisting of over 20,000 units across 20 US markets. This opportunity is located on the NW side of Indianapolis working with a team on a 130 unit property. Elon Property Management works closely with ownership’s crews to oversee renovations and capital improvements.

Annual Holiday Schedules ranging from 13-23 paid days off per year!

Ideal candidates will possess the following:

3+ Years of Multifamily Maintenance experience

Excellent Plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC knowledge

HVAC Certificate Type I & II

Proven track record working with large maintenance teams
Basic hand tools
Excellent customer service and positive attitude

Base Pay $25.00

All offers will be pending reference, drug, and criminal background screening.
